CERTIFICATE OF HAZARD ANALYSIS AND CRITICAL CONTROL POINT

After a persevered, work by the team of nutritious safety system HACCP in Al-Durra Food Products Company, the nutritious safety system certificate HACCP was and by the praising of good, given by the German company TÜV to the company.

The permanent and continuous supervision of the upper management is considered one of the basic factors in the success of this positive progress during the deep-rooted history of Al-Durra Food Products Company.

In this system, we worked on the basses of expecting the dangers and following preventive procedures in order to prevent those dangers taking place, with the ability of documenting records for those preventive procedures and the correction ones applied.

Moreover, the HACCP system, which the company is implementing, is one of the accredited systems by international societies as the best mechanism to control diseases caused by nutritious products and as an administrative preventive method assembled on a scientific and technical basis, reduces the possibilities of dangers taking place, caused by a group of procedures inside the company, in order to enhance the safety of nutritious products.

The company implemented the HACCP system in a comprehensive unitary means after defining the possible dangerous carries out in its nutritious operations reflected by all three images (Microbic, Chemical, and Natural) conducts, in all deferent stages of manufacturing. The controlling and observation procedures implemented for the safety and vitality of nutritious products.

The company is also working on providing sufficient information for all effecting elements in the producing process including the farmer, the factory, the supplier, and finally the consumer.

Moreover, in order to accomplish the efforts in a comprehensive way, the company provided all employees involved in producing operations, whom they are having a direct or indirect contact with the product, and educated them using the basses of HACCP system and its requirements, and the correct vitality practices, also it gave them instructions about nutritious vitality.

In order to assure the stability and improvement of the system, the company is conducting an auditing and revising procedures on its system made by trained personals from the company trained on those procedures.
